Didier sent me from France a postcard with The Penang Museum in Malaysia. 

"The island of Penang, located on the northwest coast of Peninsular Malaysia, is one of the main tourist centers of the country. Apart from the beaches, Penang is also known for vibrant and mysterious city of Georgetown with 400 000 inhabitants, situated on the northeast coast of the island.  

Malaysia has a diverse culture based in the vibrant and fascinating fusion of cultures and customs Malays, Chinese and Indians. On the streets of Georgetown, despite strong Chinese influence, this miscelanea people is very visible ...

In the center of town is the Fort Cornwallis, where British landed the first inhabitant of the island, Captain Francis Light in 1786, a time when this was practically uninhabited. 

The Penang Museum gives us more information about this mixture of peoples and cultures."

Didier enviou-me da França um postal com uma vista sobre o Museu da ilha Penang na Malásia.  

"A ilha de Penang, situada na costa Noroeste da Malásia peninsular, é um dos principais centros turísticos do país. Para além das praias, Penang também é conhecida pela vibrante e misteriosa cidade de Georgetown, com 400 000 habitantes, situada na costa Nordeste da ilha.
